What are the opening hours for the terrace and how do I get there?

The terrace is accessible from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. However, to respect the neighbourhood, you must lower your tone and make as little noise as possible after 9 p.m. To access it, go to the 6th floor and unlock the door with your magnetic card.

What are the hours and operation of the laundry room?

To do your laundry, you can go to the laundry room on the 6th floor. It’s open 24 hours, 7 days a week, and features modern washing machines and dryers equipped with a card payment system. You can top-up your card on site in the machine used for this purpose. The laundry card is provided with your rental.

How do I search (and find) accommodation that’s available in the tower?

It's easy. Go to our Apartments for rent page and see what’s available for rental. You can also contact the team to ask your question via the Contact form. Enter your preferences in the message section. The team will be happy to answer you.

How do I organize a viewing of an apartment?

Write to the Plaza Tower team using the Contact form. In the message section, indicate that you want to view an accommodation. Specify the unit that interests you and your availability. The team will then contact you to set up an appointment

How do I find out if an apartment is available?

Consult the Apartments for rent page to see which ones are available. If you wish to rent one, complete the Contact form and indicate the unit number. The team will contact you to complete your request.

How do I reserve an apartment?

Book an apartment by writing to the team through the Contact form.

For a short-term rental, indicate the size of the unit desired, your arrival date, your departure date, the number of people, and any other relevant information. The team will then contact you to confirm your reservation, establish a payment method and provide you with the information you need for your stay.

For long term rental, indicate the size of the desired unit in your message. The team will then contact you to get all the necessary information and set up with you a viewing date and/or an appointment to sign the lease. 

Are pets permitted?

No. Animals are not permitted in the apartments and in the building, with the exception of service dogs.

What are the building rules?

Details of the building regulations will be sent to you when you sign your lease for long-term rental or when you finalize your reservation for short-term rental.
